S150 Wire Straightener
The Cometo S150 wire straightener is designed to provide high precision in processing round wires with diameters ranging from 16 mm to 30 mm, as well as cables and tubes up to a maximum diameter of 45 mm.
Configuration & Structure
The standard unit is equipped with five rollers, featuring two upper rollers and three lower rollers. For more advanced processing requirements, two units can be assembled at a 90° inclination, creating a double configuration with 5+5 rollers
Adjustment Options
The S150 wire straightener is available with different adjustment systems to meet specific operational needs:
- Manual adjustment
- Servo-assisted manual adjustment, featuring a reducer for easier regulation
- Hydraulic adjustment, with an automated opening/closing system
Materials & Customization
The 150 mm diameter rollers can be supplied in steel, suitable for processing metal wires, or with a plastic coating, ideal for cables and tubes to prevent surface damage.
