The ESM wire straightener is a highly robust steel model, specifically designed for wire yielding, straightening, or elongating wire. It is particularly recommended for ribbed wire processing in the construction industry.
Equipped with 110 mm diameter rollers, it can process material with diameters ranging from 6 mm to 20 mm, without the need to change rollers. In its standard version, the rollers are supplied with inserts featuring a hardness of 61-63 HRC, and are also available with tungsten carbide inserts.
Customers have the flexibility to replace the inserts later, initially purchasing them in steel and, if needed, switching to tungsten carbide inserts without having to replace the entire roller.
The ESM wire straightener is available with 5, 7, or 9 rollers, and each version can be supplied with digital position indicators. These indicators display the exact roller position, allowing it to be saved and reused for processing the same wire diameter in the future, eliminating the need for repeated setup operations.
