Bearings model CA

High quality rigid ball bearings ground to high tolerance of concentricity, suitable for wire diameters appoximately 3mm. The CA-type bearings are manufactured with a 90° V-groove, but Cometo also offers customization options, allowing the groove to be tailored to customer specifications.
For round grooves, the profile can be custom-made based on the specified wire diameter, ensuring optimal performance and precision.

CAR Model Roller

The CAR model roller is a single-row ball bearing roller designed for wires with diameters ranging from 3 mm to 9 mm. Due to its higher outer ring compared to the CA bearing, it allows for a deeper groove, making it particularly suitable for larger wire diameters up to 9 mm.
As with other models, Cometo offers customization options, allowing the groove profile to be tailored according to customer specifications for optimal performance.

CAR2 Model Roller

The CAR2 model roller is similar to the CAR model but features a double-row ball bearing, making it suitable for wires with diameters ranging from 4 mm to 9 mm.
The main advantage over the CAR model is its higher load capacity and the ability to lubricate the internal bearing, which is particularly beneficial when working with hot wires or rotating supports exposed to centrifugal forces.

CAW Roller

The CAW roller is made from UNI:X205Cr12KU steel alloy and consists of two single-row deep groove ball bearings. It is hardened, making it highly durable and resistant to wear.
