The ADV wire straightener is specifically designed for processing CO₂ wire, optimizing the rewinding process into spools. With its robust structure and high precision, it operates at a linear speed of 40 meters per second, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability.
Available Versions
The unit is available in a double configuration with 9+9 rollers, with two roller diameter options:
ADV923: 23 mm tungsten carbide rollers, offering exceptional wear resistance and long operational life.
Cometo provides a roller regeneration service, allowing the tungsten carbide section to be recovered by replacing the bearings, optimizing maintenance costs.
ADV930: 30 mm steel rollers, a more economical solution compared to tungsten carbide rollers, but with extended durability due to the larger diameter.
Options & Customization
The ADV wire straightener is available with or without a pneumatic cylinder, adapting to specific production requirements.
