Cometo manifacturing of bearings and rollers for straighteners:

Standard bearings suitable for processing wires having max. 3 mm diameter. Single row track rollers for processing wires from 3 to 9 mm diameter. These rollers have the outside ring higher than the previous model which allows for a deeper groove and, therefore, they can be used for wires with bigger diameters, ranging from 3 to max. 9 mm. Double row track rollers which can bear heavy loads. The opportunity of greasing bearings improves performance when processing hot wires or in the presence of centrifugal forces.

Double row track rollers with hardened alloy steel ring having similar characteristics as CAR2. They can bear heavy loads thanks to the higher ring hardness (63 HRC) which provides for higher speeds too.

Special size rollers are available upon customer’s request.
